Rupert Krüger
Director / Performer
Rupert is a German-born/ American-raised artist based out of New York City. He comes to his work from a background in dance, martial arts and theater. His work explores the meeting point between the narrative of performance and the structure of martial arts, with a focus on mythic storytelling and durational performance. Storytelling is as natural to human beings as breathing, exploring the ancient and bodily experience of play is essential to all of Rupert's artistic work.
